Overview
Our Personal Self Care Workshop focuses on enhancing personal well-being through self-care practices and Reiki healing techniques. This two-day workshop, which can be customized to fit your specific schedule, offers certification for Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki.
Limited to 10 participants, this ensures an intimate and supportive learning environment.
Reiki Level 1:
Participants will be introduced to the bases of Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that promotes- relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.
Level 1 Certification covers:
•    The history and principals of Reiki.
•     Hand positions and techniques for self-healing and healing others.
•    Understanding the body’s energy systems.
•    Practical exercises and guided practice sessions.
Reiki Level 2:
Builds on the for foundation of Level 1, the Level 2 certification delves deeper into Reiki practices.
Level 2 certification covers:
•    Advanced healing techniques and symbols.
•    Distance healing methods.
•    Enhancing intuitive abilities.
•    Practical exercises and guided practice sessions.
Personal Self Care Techniques
In addition to Reiki training, the workshop emphasizes the importance of personal self-care. Participants will learn various self-care strategies to maintain their physical, mental, and emotional health.

•    Creating a balanced lifestyle.
•    Developing a personal self-care plan.
